With a rich background in English, Education, and Curriculum Design, Dess, alongside her sister Esosa, a skilled child behavior analyst, merged their expertise. Together, they aimed to recreate natural language learning using behavioral techniques.

Traveling through Europe and Asia, they crafted English curricula for various schools, uncovering shortcomings in U.S. language education. This journey led to their innovation - TASKED Immersion: a dynamic and effective approach to learning, where children see language as a tool for communicating, not just an arbitrary end goal.
